ABOUT ME
My name is Laure, but my favorite nickname is Lor (or Lør). I'm 24 years old and I was born in Lyon in the southeast of France. I studied History of Art at university during three years in Grenoble and after that, I started working to earn money. In 2017, I did a civic service to discover the profession of animator and I worked in schools to create activities in order to make children aware of environmental protection. I also worked several times in a recreation center and took part in some activities with children like riding horse or cooking. It was a lot a fun !
In 2019, I started thinking about new perspectives and what could I do to enrich myself and my skills. I really wanted to discover new countries, learn how to live abroad and have the opportunity to meet people from all around the world ! So in June, I applied to take part in a volunteer project in Czech Republic for two weeks. I thought this could be a good idea to begin a first volunteer experience with a short term project. I liked it so much that I decided to start a new project in January 2020, in Denmark... for one year !
